No it's not a great video, a critical counter under 500 damage point is a waste

I appreciate the honesty. I've seen other combo videos do more damage, but the majority of combo videos (For any 2D fighter really) that I've seen use corners to trap the opponent at the start. I wanted to avoid doing that. Just seems cheap, even though they're still impressive anyway.

Also, I'm still trying to get the hang of critical counters, so hopefully I can do better than this.

To do more damage is simple : avoid to perform any C or D during a Critical Counter. Try to use special or forward + normal. Try it you'll pass form a CC at 350 pts to 500 pts pretty soon. Good luck

A lot of mid screen combos can do atleast 500.
