You looked for it. Wonder if it was real. Searched for answers and never knowing for sure. People told you no one would ever find it. It can't be true. You wondered your whole life is God real or not. What happens to me when I die? I can prove to you once and for all God is real and so is His Garden of Eden- I found it! Look at my videos and see it for the first time! I FOUND THE GARDEN OF EDEN !!
Archeology cannot "prove the Bible" because that would imply it has authority over the Bible's content. God's message to us (contained in the Bible) is our ultimate authority. What you probably mean is, "Archeology again complements the Bible". There is harmony between that Message & what we observe through scientific investigation.
@funhistory Correct bro' in theological terms, but it can also "prove" the Bible correct historically/events. They recently discovered The Pool of Shiloam when skeptics said it never existed. This is where Jesus healed the blind man.
But like they say of the famous archeologist Sir William Ramsay, EX-atheist who tried to "prove" Luke/Book of Acts incorrect, after yrs of digs he said Luke was proved to be correct to the smallest historical detail & called Luke one of the greatest historians.
No, archeology cannot "prove" details recorded in the Bible, or our critics would have the ability to say, "See, archeologists have not found [whatever], therefore the Bible is wrong." The only thing archeological discoveries can do is complement the truth proclaimed in the Bible. I know that you and other Christians mean well, but you need to carefully consider the logical counter-positions when forming your argument to make it (literally) "fool"-proof.
@funhistory Right, grammatics is one thing, but archeology has almost always proven the Bible historically correct. Luke named EVERY king, ruler, governor, town,& battle proven correct in detail just as indicated in the Bible. They are always finding new info to uphold the Biblical places & events EVEN though skeptics thought certain events, villages, people. etc. never existed.
Of skeptics- don't worry as they argue about EVERYTHING regardless, like Jesus is Horus/Mythra/Cesar/space alien...
Why would you think that a crypt that contains bones that MAY or MAY NOT hold the bones if a charter in the bible makes the bible true? Your video clearly states they have not definitively proven whom the bones belong to, but lets say they are the bones of Caiaphas how dose this in any way prove that your god exists? We have much more archaeological evidence that the kings of Egypt and Rome existed. Your logic dictates that you should be worshiping those gods. Praise be to Ra and Jupiter!!
@NEGATIONofP First of all, make sure you are communicating clearly: are you refering to the "kings of Egypt and Rome" or the gods of Egypt and Rome? It's confusing. In any case your argument fails because what the archaeology finding does is authenticating the biblical text. Of course, to the extent we finally confirm the biblical narrative is accurate it only ADDS to the accumulative case in favor of the existence of the Judeo-Christian God. We cannot say the same ref. Ra & Jupiter
Dear Berean Beacon, you work so hard to find information and upload it for our education, thank you. As to the opening screen on your videos, asking why don't evolutionists disprove Genesis 1:1 - it's because they can't, becasue it's true! No matter what comes in the days ahead, with archaeological finds supposedly dismissing the Bible and fake alien contacts we must hold fast to the truth. Come soon Lord Jesus! Amen.
