  • i think i used to do this unknowingly and it acctualy worked, i wudnt eat anything during the day nd i didnt know whi i ws losing weight and cos id cave in binging at night bt i gained weight cos i began to eat all 3 meals a day.

  • Yes you do not eat whatever, it is an attention grabbing headline to get people to listen to what IF is. However, you are free to be more open to eating less than healthy foods when you have a shorter window of eating in a day. Although that may not be true for everyone as everyone is different but its completely opened my options up to my favorite foods (less than stellar for the most part, boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for example) on a more frequent occasion.
