I was wondering the same thing today... was just googling about where the IMF money ($1 trillion) is going ... and it's flaky. Also ... BOA lost 22% today putting aside $6.4 billion to cover uncollectable loans... see bloomberg.

as a secondary hunch I was expecting some announcement around 3:31 ... perhaps not .. but did manage to flip investments friday that benefitted me today... somehow I knew this was coming ,,Thx R!
All Banks are effectivly being consolidated as are some giant Corporations..with the bailouts they are in perfect positons for consolidation and then Nationalisation.

What got me the most this weekend was one head of AIGs investments in GS,and as we know the Paulson debacle or crime should i say.
They are just throwing the money from hand to another all the while most but not all people dont watch.
