PSF pose absolutely no threat whatsoever to the union between ireland and england anymore, PSF lost and the PIRA (unfortunately) surrendered and laid down their arms at the BEHEST OF THE BRITISH. Unionists are delighted with what they done. Ireland needs a new committed republican socialist movement.

@IrishFoodHunter Sinn Fein has sold no-one out. We're closer to a United Ireland than ever before. Next election SF could be in a coalition govt in south - all of a sudden there will be 1 party with ministers both North and South - we could have an all-ireland agricultural policy or all-ireland education. Gradually the Union is being dismantled. It was never going to happen over night all sensible minded people would agree on that - the Peace Process is a 1-way road to a United Ireland

The PSM had the chance to do exactly that, and capatilise better on it in 1974-1975 so why fight on for nothing? PSF arent fooling republicans anymore, you think a few wet center wing SDLP votes are going to remove the British out of its first and last colony? Give me a break thats a bloody insult to every irishman and woman buried in this country because of the occupation.
@IrishFoodHunter they are not "british ministers" in a "unionist government" - they have had to take no oath of alligiance, no ceremonial flag-flying and they do not implement any act or reform that consolidates or confirms British rule.
You're lapping up all the clap-trap peddled by dissident morons. The vast majority of rank-and-file volunteers have stayed true to SF.
