I love all convertables but I oiwn an EOS and I test drove a G6. I have to say that I went with the EOS mostly because of the engine, DSG tranny and the added option of only opening the sunroof. I also agree with the reviewer that the interior of the EOS is FAR superior to the G6. The G6 does look good though. It's all a question of dollars, if you want more quality and have the cash, go for the EOS. If you are willing to settle for a bit less "cool" for a lower price, the G6 is a great choice

i got to tell ya something..jim c. empression lol. Mine goes fast gets 32 on the hiwy and has all the bells and whist. handles corners great and takes my head back when i gun it..sooooo with that said, oh the interior is leather in mines. and i have the coupe..t-hee...

the g6 is a very nice looking car. all 3 of them are. I have to sit in one before I can comment on the quality inside. might buy one one day!!!!

you also dont need to put the top up to get your stuff out of the truck with the eos....

g6 is an ambitious design but its just cheap poorly executed and planned out. its like the skyline and the solstice or whatever...virtually same car...but it doesnt even compare.

pontiac fell off the cool wagon a decade ago.

They say the EOS is similarly priced. A low mileage V6 EOS is over $28k used, a low mileage certified V6 G6 is under $18k, that's a big chuck of change. Plus I've owned two VW's new from 1998 and 2002 (Beetles) and both had a whole lot of problems, so you roll the dice and go for the cheapest one, that's my plan at least. If Toyota or Honda or Mazda made a 4 seat hardtop conv I'd be on it but the field is limited. I'll either get a used G6 or a used Sebring ht limted. Both are cheap 2 buy.

yeah but this pathetic car does with a bigger engine and shitty gas mileage what an eos does with a beter gas mileage..smaller engine and MORE power. also the eos doesnt feel cheap as fuck. ive test driven both and i would compare the g6 against the eos the same as id compare driving a dodge neon to an audi a4.
