Also, wut is your stats at? cuz the triple hit should do a critical and knock them down if you have max atk. Also, u can cancel atk's and chain the moves together (ex: 3x stab = 2x stab -> cancel -> 2x stab -> cancel --> etc until they die)
I know about the cancel-chains but they are rather ugly to watch if you ask me. I prefer the analog button system of kengo 3 to pause combos and continue them when opponents are nearby, altough I didn't use it in this video. It's hard to master but every fight turns out to be beautiful while using this technique.
Anyway, the battles in this video are just to show some stuff from the games versus mode. Nothing more so don't expect much ;)

Star Wars music and Japan do not mix, I don't care how much Lucas wanted the Jedi to resemble Samurai, the Star Wars soundtracks does not reflect that.
Kengo 3 great...in germany there is only Sword of the Samurai (Kengo2) and no other game...it's allways the same,in germany there are a lot of games wich not exist here...very stupid..
Gameplay tip; if you just stand there and let your opponent attack, RIGHT as he attacks, you grab him, dragging him backwards. When his back's to you, you can end it with only 3 slashes. You wait passively for him to strike, when he does, drag him backwards, when his back's to you, its over.
I loved kengo 2, its my fav on the series. No gay super blows and very realistic. Too bad they came back to the gay special effects and fantasy strikes with kengo 3.

Not really. Kengo Legend of the 9 is more or less a brawler. Not really a sword simulation.

Kengo 2 was the best in the series to date.
Its the most realistic and true to the fighting style I love sword of the samurai!
