I think this pony is one in a million. I love everything about this video. You know your pony like a dog owner knows their dog. Some dogs are not to be trusted with kids but some u know are 100% safe. This pony is clearly as good as gold and yes accidents can happen but they can happen any where at any time and that doesn't stop u from living a life. What an amazing life she has. @funnysummerfun If you look closely, she's just tapping the horse. Yes, she is doing it a bit roughly, but being so young, her motor skills aren't entirely in her control yet. I don't approve of animal abuse, either, but what she's doing is NOT abuse. There was a trainer at my old barn who used a branch instead of a crop on a horse he was "training." He would work her so hard that she was in a froth and you could see where he was beating her. That's abuse. She just needs some more fine-tuning.

Horse riding is a very dangerous sport, and there is really nothing we can do to stop that.

There is a 31 year old horse at our barn who has even 3 year olds riding him. He is a push button horse, no teeth, about to die. One day, he moved towards the rail and the rider's boot slammed against the wall and the horse reared several times and the 6 year old fell off. Imagine if it was a younger horse, that was less experienced He would have bolted bucked and reared.

@funnysummerfun If you look closely, she's just tapping the horse. Yes, she is doing it a bit roughly, but being so young, her motor skills aren't entirely in her control yet. I don't approve of animal abuse, either, but what she's doing is NOT abuse. There was a trainer at my old barn who used a branch instead of a crop on a horse he was "training." He would work her so hard that she was in a froth and you could see where he was beating her. That's abuse. She just needs some more fine-tuning.

Your hands must have bumped the horse in the mouth. And you've probably kicked too hard, too. NO ONE has never 'abused' a horse. This little girl was just taught wrong. Instead of posting hate comments, you should recommend professional instruction as opposed to backyard lessons.

@funnysummerfun Oh, I'm not bragging. I'm just saying how you have no idea where I ride, it could be on concrete, or it could be in soft sand and grass. Next time, try trusting your horse. Also, how many people have barebacked with no helmet and been fine? Obvously depending on how you fall, even if you have a helmet on, you can get pretty hurt. Horse riding is a very dangerous sport, and there is really nothing we can do to stop that.

@TheSmileyGirly Trust me, the footing doesnt matter if you fall hard on your head, you WILL be hurt, no matter what footing. There is a 31 year old horse at our barn who has even 3 year olds riding him. He is a push button horse, no teeth, about to die. One day, he moved towards the rail and the rider's boot slammed against the wall and the horse reared several times and the 6 year old fell off. Imagine if it was a younger horse, that was less experienced He would have bolted bucked and reared.

There are some videos on youtube and my friends, a helmet saved their lives! without it, they would be dead so it can make a BIG deal!But how many have barebacked without a helmet and have gotten hurt.
