I saw him compete. He is like the former NFL running back John "Diesel" Riggins, who got better as the game got to the 4th quarter. Rhadi would wear his opponents down and use his conditioning as a weapon. He often pulled guys into overtime because he knew he had you once you started breathing hard. Rhadi is incredible. He goes about 5-9 and 228 of devastating muscle.

I could squat 240kg (530lb) for 8 reps and 5 sets at age 17, height 174cm (5'8"ish), weight 80kg (176lb).

This is less than 6 months into using weights.
