It's all about the way he drops his right shoulder in sync with the elastico which seperates his flip flap from the rest. He's a master of this maneuver and his technique cannot be matched.

He actually leans towards the direction he wants the defender to go. Unlike most people who do elasticos. They just move their leg. That's why Ronnie's flip flaps are so effective.
