.Look at the poor people (mostly young people) that owned TS in FT that were led to believe they owned their units and lost everything when FT went bankrupt That was the final straw that broke the camels back.
Unfortunately the CGF as well as everything of any interest in GREENE COUNTY NY is dead and gone,NEVER TO RETURN.. And all the off shoot business folded as well. The festivals in Hunter ,the fun Irish restaurants in Durham ALL CLOSED.And what do they build in the Village of Catskill A SHINY NEW WELFARE BUILDING. SAD!!!
I went there on school field trips and even took my kids, just drove threw the old place the other day, just a ghost town now.going to miss it,Dan the tree man
Auctioning animals is a normal way of getting rid of zoo stock. to bad this place closed it had the largest collection of exotic ungulates in the world.
I miss the Catskill Game Farm

I went there back in 1991 as a kid. It's a shame that it's no longer there. I'll try to post some of the old vhs footage of my trip :)
