  • @zahjir1 u wont find ur answer at this time as u dnt know if u still in puberty stage or not , my advice is to ask a doctor , he'll probably know if u have a hormone disorder or he'll probably say ur hormone thing is not stable yet and it might go within 3 years or not ..who knows..

    and i have chest and fat, i have muscle in my chest because ive been working for a while now, and when i flex my chest and abs, you see my abs just a little, and my pecs just a little, but i ccant seem to burn it..

  • @WeRUndead you can get better results by dieting u get out of your body what you put in also doin jogging helps strip fat or take up a martail art thats good cardio and keeps u motivated

  • @DoomShroomer When I was first starting I didn't have much experience and I asked around and nothing helped....but I tried running 30mins, but before you can do that you must run for 5min and rest for 5min in a 30min period to get used to it....but you must do this everyday and watch, ps what you eat....I only had two meals a day thats it. People might say its unhealthy but it gets your body fat % down very quickly so you can easily gain muscle right after! Stick to protein when you get in shape

  • Yes, but push ups are ment more for Stomach and the inside of your arms to your armpit, although it does help, to maximize how to get rid of breast fat, do the push ups by spreading your hands from below your armpit like a reg push up, to as far as you can go outward and push up on your fingertips...although I cant even do that, its very hard LOL but what I do is what I just said except just hold it untill you cant bare the pain, or 8sec.

  • sometimes being 'overweight' can be a genetic cause are your parents overweight? or were any of your relatives the same as you when they were your age? one of my friends goes to the gym everyday but he still has a stomach and 'boobs' but this is becasue his parents were overweight and it kinda ran in the family.
