@DoomShroomer When I was first starting I didn't have much experience and I asked around and nothing helped....but I tried running 30mins, but before you can do that you must run for 5min and rest for 5min in a 30min period to get used to it....but you must do this everyday and watch, ps what you eat....I only had two meals a day thats it. People might say its unhealthy but it gets your body fat % down very quickly so you can easily gain muscle right after! Stick to protein when you get in shape
