@anotherdeadpanda None from the batch in the video I have, but once I managed to save some. It was their second batch n I was ready for it so I put a divider in the tank and actually grew about 12 to adulthood before I sold them.
@anotherdeadpanda Cool, I never had any luck keeping mine. Had to get rid of them in the end because they out grew the tank and got super aggressive toward each other. Really nice fish though.
These are a cross between normal jewels and red jewels - but the young of both will be a kind of yellow until they're older, maybe breeding age I think. Also if they're stressed out they'll go dark, sometimes even black.
