no offense but i cant do it with fingers but i think its really easy without fingers. justnarrow your lips and move your mouth outward and then blow slightly. Practice and soon you can whistle loudly

Whoa! They're all so hard! i was very good at whistling before i got my bracelets then when i had them i couldn't do it anymore and when they were gone again i can do it again perfectly, it's just the bracelets that are in they way i think ;)
