Thats 4 out 6 of her decisions where the higher court accepted the appeal, the court decided to overturn her decision. Another thing to note on this, to bring it into perspective, is she has made 3,000+ court decisions. A 0.2% appeal rate and a resulting 0.12% overturn rate don't suck.
