In the first one oywidapodles, he asked to change 10 1$ for a note of 10$, then He seems to want to change the other 10 1$, so He showed himself regreted and ask for his 20$ back, giving to the tender just the others 10 1$. You Know what I mean? He got 30$ and the tender just 20 1$.

Bogi 18, there is a minimun amount of money stolen in order to get arrested, 19$ isn't enough, that's why thiefs manage to be in the streets.

yeah very smart...put 1$ in an envelope and take 20$ leave your fingerprints on envelope along with it....the person finds out he got ripped off calls the police to scan fingerprints and security camera...get arrested later on nice lol

Or you do it in the middle of nowhere, the victim calls the police because of the stolen 20 and they won't care at all, because they would waste more money with making a great fuss out of the lost money.
