Photoshop: 2D Images to 3D Magazine

Nice video buddy

I am a geologist and I have a structural map that shows faults and fissures...its in 2D. I want to show wells drilled in to this map in 3D. I want to make it look like 3d image where the wells will be seen sticking in and going out on the other side. Dont know if that makes sense, I have access to PS5. I was wondering if you can give me a direction. Thanks
