Bullet has a soul which protects its rider I was saved 3 times from getting into accidents
1- I was riding on a mderate traffic road and a Idiot police man was crossing the road with his bike and didnt care that i was comming I was about to hit him some how bullet save d me
2- I was hit by a bus from the back , I was unable to start bullet that time and no scratch on bullet
3-speeding idiots on the road came too close to me they were riding very fast and overtaking others

I completely agree. The Bullet was perfect for India and the roads I was riding on but would make no sense over here in the UK. I remember seeing a guy on a ZZR600 Kawasaki over there and almost feeling sorry for both him and the bike...lol

BTW how do you like the Royal Enfield? they sell them here and I like the look of the old school classic British version but have some reservations regarding its speed due to the lower power motor, need at least 70mph cruise capable for realistic highway use here, the ones here only list 55mph top speed.
I was on the old 40's/50's style Bullet which made perfect sense in India but it would make no sense at all over here for exactly that cruise speed limitation.The new Bullets make a lot more sense and will cruise at 70...

I am fine and the bike was hired so has probably been straightened and put back on the road. It just touched the guy in front of me but also took out the bikes behind me. No lasting injuries though :-)
Took me my surprise as well...lol. The camera is a dsr 100 3g from motocomm. motocomm.com. I really should have played with it more before I went on the trip because the camera was great but never had the chance to figure out the sound side of it properly.

The guy driving the bus should have his license revoked...or at a minimum be prevented from EVER driving a vehicle larger than a moped. Obviously driving a bus should require driving skills on a higher level than the average motorist. How did that jerk ever obtain a commercial liscense??!!! He is a threat to everyone around him including his passengers.

It is said the after a near death experience people tend to be more appreciative of life and become more mature, has anything of that sort happened to you. More appreciative yes, more mature no. Life is far too short to waste it growing up. The bike in front was with us on the trip and the rider was the first person I saw when I came round and he helped me to my feet. Bus driver is being prosecuted and I have no info on the other drivers...
The bike was hired as part of the trip which was run by "Ferris Wheels" but having seen the ingenious ways things are engineered in India I suspect it has been resurected somewhere ...
terribly terrifying,,am so glad you survived this......was at a crossing on my bull the other day...a sumo at the extreme right...just waiting... then a truck rams into a bus going in the opp direction...and i saw the bus falling on the Sumo as in slow motion...Sumo Being a Sumo survived that ...but had I decided to wait at the right hand side instead of the left....that would have been pearly gates for me....Ride safe buddy....

Basicaly I got taken to two government run clinics. The 1st told me my leg was not broken or fractured but had no power so could not x-ray. The second confirmed two fractures and then my travel insurance kicked in and got me home...

Basicaly I got taken to two government run clinics. The 1st told me my leg was not broken or fractured but had no power so could not x-ray. The second confirmed two fractures and then my travel insurance kicked in and got me home...
