  • It's a great hotel if you don't have any issue , because as soon as you do they are not near as helpful and nice. I spoke to Jerry keyes the GM . They are very greedy if you ask me . STAY AWAY there are a lot of great hotel in the city I am sure you can find one better than this .

  • My wife and I are going to Chicago tomorrow to celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary and will be staying here. I can't wait! I've only heard and now have seen great things! Thanks for posting the video.
