Law can easily exist in an anarchy and would likely be more practical because no oligarchy would be forcing costly victimless laws on peaceful people. A republic in reality is just an oligarchy. This also could be considered oligarchic rule, since blacks in America and slaves in Rome weren't considered citizens and could thus be ruled over by the "elites" in power. I would say that even those of us who support the general theme of this video must be clear about what we mean when we say, "rights of the people". We must begin saying "natural rights of people".
