When I started researching Islam last year, one of the first videos I watched was "Islam: What the West Needs to Know" which included a lot of commentaries from Robert Spencer. I read Jihad Watch and other anti-Islamic websites and thought that was Islam. How wrong I was! After researching just a bit more from authentic Islamic sources, I realized how truly biased these websites are. And with God's guidance Islam just started making more and more sense. I am now a Muslim, alhamdulilah! :)

@izuddin151 Wa salaam. I was of undetermined faith before but had been actively reading about different faiths and philosophies. Basically, I was "lost" and searching for the meaning of life. By God's mercy, I stumbled on Islam and the simplicity of its doctrine drew me in. I started asking questions to Muslims about their faith and eventually started reading the Qur'an. Reading the Qur'an was a major turning point. My heart already believed, and rationally, I also couldn't deny any longer.
