@shaylesugandh I'll show some regressions on another video for the EQUALIZER adductor work. Just having one leg up there and the other on the floor in a side bridge position is often enough. Hold for a few seconds and work up to longer holds and possibly bringing the bottom leg up.
@aliztube Ha! Welcome! Don't be stressed about the area- just get out and get at it! This exercise will not make that area any different other than stronger. If you are looking to reduce body fat (?) you need to work the legs hard with running, squats, etc. This exercise is just to strengthen under proper guidance. Thanks again! Have fun and go out and get it!
It is fine on the shoulder (providing you don't have any biomechanical issues or injuries) BUT can be hard on the knee. Definitely not a beginner exercise or for anyone deconditioned, overweight or has knee issues.

It is not an exercise for beginners for sure or anyone with knee issues. It is a very advanced exercise - Start with the bar or bench above the knee.
Hi Marc, i have a problem with my inner meniscus, could i get better with this exercise? (of course i am doing the quadriceps and femorals). Greetings from Perú.
Hi, I am not qualified to diagnose or comment so it is best to SEE your doctor. As far as I know this exercise (adduction) alone won't heal your medial meniscus, but it is an important part of a knee rehab program to bring stability to the area. Without knowing the nature or extent of your injury I can;t even say if you should be doing this exercise?! Again, please see a doctor. Hope you get all fixed up soon!
My gosh you make that look easy! That's going to take some practice for me! Thanks for posting it! XX

sick exercise!!, my only concern is the possible pressure on your left knee. Does it hurt that knee at all?
Great energy btw, loved how you ran towards/away from camera. Keep up the good work!

@kxcxixn Thanks! It is a very advanced exercise and can be hard on the knee so be careful. Start with the bar or bench above the knee. Cheers!

Who doesn't love Marc? Loving what you do and it shows man. I like the way you sprang up when you were done and dramatically jumped over the camera.
