  • what if theres a number in front of the variable like 18c^2?

  • I have watched so many videos on how to do this and asked friends, but you really helped me understand it . Thank you (: !

  • Thank you so much I actually understand it!

  • how do we factor them if x does have a coefficient? i need help with ones were x has a coefficient

  • i only clicked this because i saw a hot football player..

  • You explained in 7 minutes what my teacher could not in a week, thank you!!!

  • Just wanna say, I had the basic concept of this but I was still struggling with the details. I have been having a LOT of trouble with factoring but this made things clear!

  • A lot of help! Thanks!!!

    USE THE X FACTOR!

  • HES HOT. not bad for a Hot Smart Mexican =)

  • football jock looks stupid LOOOOOLLLL

  • It makes so much more sense when you explain it

  • How do i factor somthing like this, x^2+5x-66 ?

  • @Mikewillskate figured it out.. forgot about adding negatives and positive's... doh

  • OH GOD I GET IT

I mean I got it before but know I know why it's done like this.

  • *le me facepalming

  • Thank u x this is the best method ive tried u saved me from failing class!!!!!!!!!!!

  • X - actly how you do it, thanks for the help!! :D

  • Awesome, this really helped. I suck at math!! :)

  • are you mexican?

  • I like how he is in high school and i am in 7th grade and I already know this.

  • @BablaStar23 go fuck yourself

  • @BablaStar23 That's very nice. He also knows this method, and apparently, well enough to teach it to thousands of people. Yeah, you like that?

  • X FACTOR!!! Actually good teaching. I learned in programming that the best way to teach is to keep the instructions as simple as you possibly can. Teach like no one has ever seen anything like it in their life. Simple instructions retain in the mind.

  • i wish i could have a teacher that spoke english... fob teachers ae the worst -.-

  • it might sound boring but this is the most confusing and ''mathematically incorrect'' method I ever seen. There are much better ways of doing factorization

  • @DasGewitter83 actually I've been taught several ways how to factor and it never retains longer than a day. This video actually made a lot of sense to me and am probably going to use it for every time I need to factor a trinomial. Everyone learns different.

  • so it's a trinomial when there is an x without a coefficient? =/ im having a hard time identifying the difference between polynomials, binomials and trinomials!

  • @DoubleEmzeez We just uploaded a lesson that should help answer these questions for you.

  • but the x tool thingy is backwords my teacher said add on bottom and multiply on top

  • lol nice this helped me alot thanks :)

  • Thumbs up if you clicked this because he was dressed up as a football player. >.>

  • your the man bro this really helped, way better than my bitch fucking cunt alg teacher.

  • LOL this really makes me laugh but it is also VERY helpful :')

Thanks a TON for this! :]

  • I'm very tempted to stand up in algebra and yell, "YOU GOTTA CALL FOR THE X!!!"

  • I thank God for this!!!!

  • I came here cus my teacher sucks lol

  • @MrDishBomb lol. SAME!

  • Thanks soo much now this makes sence!

  • @MyTutorZone Thanks, you helped me alot, could you please make videos about more factoring and special products? That would be greatly appreciated. :)

  • he jus made it seem more difficult

  • Realyl nice ideo. If you have time feel free to check out my lessons too :)

  • That's still guessing a lot with big numbers and doesn't work at all with floating point numbers. It's way easier and even works with non integers. Imagine this equation is ax² + bx +c So we have a = 1 b = 13 c = 42 Now we have a simple formula: x = (-b ± sqrt(b² - 4ac)))/2a Replace it: (-13 ± sqrt(13² - 4 * 1 * 42)) / (2 * 1) = (-13 ± sqrt(169 - 168)) / 2 = (-13 ± 1) / 2 We get two answers: -7 and -6 So we have: (x - (-7))(x - (-6)) -> (x + 7)(x + 6)
  • Thanks buddy.

  • you suck! American football blows. Real football all the way.

  • @jody2001 ur so dumb like really this isnt really for football maybe thats to help us get more attached and understand more but maybe this is why ur failing math

  • thanks for the video

  • wow this guy is awesome i got a 100 on my test by doing what he said

  • your awesome bro! subbed

  • daaaffffuuuuuqqqqq

  • he cud tutor me any day!! ;D jkjk he made it easy

  • your method of drawing is little weird, but u are so entertaining!

  • hardcore.

  • I heard you say there should be no coefficient in front of x sq. you have to rephrase it because it is mathematically inaccurate. in x sq there is a coefficient. it is 1. however sophisticated people tend to remove that 1. but other than that I don't see any errors...

  • Thanks this helped me so much.

  • it's hard to concentrate on the math with you teaching it ahaha you're so cute <3

  • this is hilarious rofl

  • Thank you!

  • Great!! Thanks so much!!

  • bro that X thing wit the pads on at first i thought u were a extra gay but that shit helps cuz its actualy in the problem

  • This is some good help.. thank yuu !!

  • diamond method ftw

  • you r the best.

  • @jelvira72 Thank you! Please let us know if there are any other concepts you may be struggling with.

  • What about 2 numbers that add to 10 but multiply to 12? 6 and 2 doesn't work. 12 and 1 doesn't work. 3 and 4 doesn't work. Did I leave out any? The equation is 2Xsquared+10X+12.

  • @eaglesgogirl actually, never mind, it doesn't work because it is 2Xsquared not xsquared.

  • <3 yay loooove it

  • @aquafire6 Thank you. We want to really make a push to start helping students. Please feel free to let us know more concepts that can be helpful to watch.

  • @MyTutorZone You can help us with Solving Exponential Expressions, PLEASE>>>>>>>>> (^___^ )

  • @LupitaJaramillo01 Yes we will be uploading lessons today and have them up

  • @MyTutorZone Thank you very much!!

  • Hey X Factor stupid, can you factor this: x^2 + 5x + 17. Well, you know what? You can't do it, because you are a fool. If you can, then tell me the answer. Unless ask me the answer, I'll tell you.

  • @PrateekHDVideos Calling someone stupid isn't going to make them wanna solve your equation, stupid.

  • @PrateekHDVideos *thumbs.....down

  • @omgwtfbbqlmaorofl *thumbs up the video. YOU DUH BEST ={D i have a math test tomorrow and my teacher is the worst

  • @omgwtfbbqlmaorofl My teacher its the worst in math too. She doesnt even have her math degree and i'm having struggling math. I totally understand you.

  • nice video! im in geometry and i cant believe how much you helped me, thanks :D

  • thank you!
