A parent of some students at my school was killed in an accident with a semi last week. He was buried today and at the funeral, the 3 kids sang this song. It was a point where many there broke down and just finally realized he was gone.

I just was confirmed during the Sacrament of Confirmation this Sunday morning and my class rehearsed and sang this song. Many of the people watching had teary eyes. I felt like crying myself too, after all, we do not have Catechism after Confirmation and barely see each other any more as some would go to other parishes.

We played this during part of our 8th grade graduation ceremony when everyone went over to their parents with a rose after they lit a candle. Three of us started crying, me included. Best class ever. We played this during part of our 8th grade graduation ceremony when everyone went over to their parents with a rose after they lit a candle. Three of us started crying, me included. Best class ever. That's the last time we were all together and I know that won't change, unfortunately. We went through a lot, this year especially. It was really bittersweet.
