boogie on reggae woman in the beginning? hahaha in all seriousness...I play jazz, and stevie wonder-ish r&b. In addition to that, i'm a huge beatles fan. Could I achieve paul mccartney's very round-sounding bass tones he achieved with his rickenbacker 4001S (i know I can't get it exact, just sorta close is good) and '64 hofner with some flatwounds, while getting enuf bite to play tight motown type grooves?
