Whats with all the hate? i ran the 400 meters in 40 seconds flat and thats now im 36, imagine how fast i could have run in my prime, i remember once i timed by brother in the 200 hundres meters, it took him 8 seconds he is better at short distances but he runs the 400 meters in 2 minutes, im better at longer races hes better at short. Though were not allowed to play outside anymore after the shot put incident we trew it 200 meters it was 50 kg and we killed are pet barny the pot belly pig

I have actually run this in 40 seconds dead, my brother timed it. He said it was unbelievable, he had never seen anyone run so fast in person but I don’t know how to go into athletics, the nearest town outside my tiny little village is 5 hours away. I’m not too good at the 100 meters though I run that in about 25 seconds but my 400 is amazing.
