I got "hand of adal" several months after wotlk hit, just had to have the quests still in quest log still and finish later. I still need to kill Alar in costume to continue to get the Adal title on my warlock.

No you can't get Champion of the Naaru neither Hand of Adal titles anymore.

Thx god i got my old main Astronis Hand of adal 2 hours b4 the patch of nerfing all the bosses and removing title lol

No theres no title award for getting the key to karazhan. The attunment quests for TK and SSC got you the champion of the naaru title. You got hand of adal from doing the Hyjal summit prequests in which you had to clear SSC and TK. Get your facts right before correcting people ;)

omg u gotta do first the chains in SMV,than do the heroics than kill NB and Gruul..and for the the other Trial on the end u gotta kill Maggy u dont need to do TK or SSC just Kara till NB...when u done this stuff u got Attument to TK or SSC but since patch 2.4 there is no need anymore for that.

you do not need to do the quest to get in to them, however the quests are still available and still reward you with the title (i think =P ?)
