10 pounds of sugar? Wow? does the sugar not result in their being more than 4 gallons of juice/wine with the volume of the sugar or is 4 gallons what you get with the dissolved sugar? If I use distilled water do I still need to use those tablets(whatever they call them) to fight the germs?
Let me know how it comes out. I think they make a good wine. Since I made the video, I just cut them with scissors into groups of about 10 or 20 instead of using the fork to put them in the blender. It goes a lot faster. Are you sure what you have is the same as mine. Mine have more than one seed.
I suppose that is another way to do it. I found out later that I don't have to use the fork. The blender doesn't get jammed, if I cut the cluster with scissors. Thanks for the comment.

The wild grapes you are using look like Elderberries to me.

Anyone planning on doing this with frequency should consider getting a food strainer. No need to separate the grapes.

@gwynedd1 They are not elderberries, even though they are small like elderberries. This is a true grape, but it is wild.

What type of yeast did you use? How much? What was the process in which you added the yeast?
