I don't like the last 10 eps from the anime for reasons:

1- Killing the noah in Tyki Mykk failure and not explaining why.

2- Killing Road failure and again not explaining why.

3- Wasting too much time on the lvl4 demon and slaughering the lvl3 as if they were lvl1s.

4- The marshals said a new marshal was appearing when allen first turned his left hand to a sword and never mentioned that again.

Well that's all. TL;DR: The anime is 9.99/10 -.-

The author of the manga the anime is based on injured her wrist, and couldn't work for a long time, so the manga went on hiatus and the anime was out of material for work, so they had to go with the Gainax ending (if you don't know what it means search tvtropes). Since then, the author went back to work but D. Gray-Man is now monthly instead of weekly, so the anime might take a while to restart but it should eventually.

I like this song; did anyone catch the fact that Allen has silver eyes? And the part about 'being born in light ' ? Well, with his Innocence glowing like that, it would be a pretty interesting birth.

I think this song - and I haven't read the manga, so I could be wrong - is his lullaby. Maybe sung to him as an infant, by his biological parents. Probably not in the manga or way off the plot, I know, but, that was the image that came to my mind; imagine what baby Allen must have looked like :)

The song is beautiful, yea, but not quite what I expect to be the Musician's song to be. I mean, being a plot device, I was expecting it to be something different from an ending song or a typical OST. I think the song should have been slower because I imagined it to be a hymn, and maybe a little bit cryptic. I couldn't think of a perfect Japanese singer/song for this (since most have angelic but lively voice in a fast-paced song) but I guess Evanescence's Field of Innocence in the closest.
