  • 1:15 it starts gettin pretty intense

  • Those hamsters are fast

  • i got a super giant wheel for my robo

  • Be careful with metal wheels, easy for their feet to get stuck.

  • omg ppl the hamster will be fine.its just a wheel and they r smart enough to not get stuck.

  • @videoaddict1995 it is impossible to not get stuck .this weel is dangerous .

  • wheels with holes are dangerous for robos...try buy a silent wheel n also it wun be rusty at all..

  • dun use this rolling wheel. it will break your roborovski leg. if the leg went in the whole. it will break

  • can robos live with 18 c?

  • nice, my robo does the same, sometimes he tries to spin on the outside of the wheel :D

  • looks just like mine the wheels same too.

  • now that is space for you hamster

  • No kidding! I totally agree! He will get sliced up I saw a fat get his tail caught and the end of his tail got choped off by that wheel! That Is a bad wheel your robo is gonna get killed! U need a wheel like mine has.

  • sorry I mean I saw a Gerbil*

  • motto:never get wire hamster wheels

  • my robo hammys name is penny!

she never liked me and she bite meh 3 times then sumhow she got out of her cage and ran away -_-*

  • LOl he's on the bath tub

  • My hamster doesn't roll on her wheel much. She just likes to climb on top and let it roll to a random direction .She likes it when she falls into the soft wood shavings. The down side to hamsters is that they always try and dig a hole wich sometimes causes a mess because it gets flown out of the cage.

  • yea haha same like mines

  • That is like the cutest Robo hamster alive!

  • shes cute! how big is she?

  • actually those wheels aren't that bad i have the same one it's just green. you spray some WD 40 on it and it doesn't make a sound

  • No wonder that he is death!

Poor hamster, that is the most bad wheel in the world!

  • get another wheel poor hammy can get injured

  • i did. but she's dead now D:

  • ohmigod i am so sorry

  • yes, the wheel does look unsafe. Also if another hamster came along, it could get hurt badly by the bars on the side of the rotating wheel.

  • is it safe if they eat pumpkin seeds im getting one in a few days

  • yeah i think so i named it pumpkin because it liked pumpkin seeds :D

  • Hamsters don't smell at all.

  • i have 2 in my room they dont stink at all

  • am i one of the very few thatare concerned you put your hamster in a bathtub?

  • My dad says i cant buy one becouse they smell bad i told him that ill clean their cage but still no can you guys help me? i have the money to buy it tooo

  • You probably smell worse than a dwarf hamster after you take a shower. They poop in pellets and groom themselves 823475435314534153545 times a day! If theres any animal that doesn't smell, it's a hamster.

  • the only way hamsters are smelly is if their cage is smelly. so you just have to promise to your dad to clean the cage a lot. and show him the videos of hamsters, anyone who doesn't find them hilarious and fun is very boring.

  • You shouldn't put your hamser in the bath tub, you could get sick. Its not hygienic.

  • why is every vid i see of robos in a bath tub? is there a purpose for it?

  • so they don't run away :P

  • lol ok

  • oh one more thing. can they be trained? or not really

  • trained to do what exactly? ahah

if you mean like "taming" or being able to hold them, then yeah

but it takes a lot of patience ... it's easier if you got them while they're still young

  • lol yes thanks for answering my question. Another thing like if i tyed a rock to a string and tyed it to the robo =) you think i could make it fucking buff and then dress it up like a ninja???

  • never tried. ahah

  • they run fast and they cant get out of bath tubs. it is a clever idea

  • I think that there is some reason that they do this, other than for fun. I think they are trying to get out or something.

  • No to hamsters? Or no to tiny hamsters?

  • Just posted a text comment down below in response to the wire cage argument going on...

  • You need to get a wire cage meant for a mouse with the Roborovski's. Wire isn't a problem although if you have Robo babies you might want to use a tank at the beginning so they don't fall out. But a wire cage is no problem as long as the bars are properly spaced together. Mice are the only rodent which can disjoint their heads to fit through really small spaces so if it's fine for a mouse it's fine for a Robo. Ask the pet store if you're unsure.

  • i have a wire cage my robo dwarf hamster can fit threw the things "any hamster can" evan big ones but he tryed to get out for like 15 minuts i had him i just taped cage each time he went to get out and he hasnt tryed to ever since its been about 2 months now its just about building trust and the wire wheels are fine yes they can hurt there legs in them but its pretty rare and big cage is better they have alot of energny to burn lol other then taht there good pets dont recomend as first hamster.

  • Wow. Never have I seen as big a run on sentence used without trying to be run on.

  • Yup, wire wheels are really dangerous for those little guys..

  • she died a couple months ago :( but i know that those ones hurt their feet so i got another wheel before she died

  • aww man im sorry......hope ur doing better

  • You shouldn't have wire cages meant for hamsters, but wire cages meant for mice work just fine. I recommend CritterTrail, the bars on the cages are thin enough so they can't squeeze through.

  • bathtub lol

  • you're wrong with the wire cages. me and my friends all have some type of wire on our cages and a hamster has never escaped in my life. but i guess it depends on the gaps between each wire so yeah 'cause mine's hella small.

and yeah sometimes they sell hamsters when they're old. you have to ask the pet store how old they are and shiz if you want a young one but sometimes if they weren't raised in the pet store they wouldn't know

  • it's "okay" to have a dwarf cage as long as it has a wheel and other toys to play with ... but cyeah i agree; i HIGHLY recommend getting a bigger cage.

there's nothing wrong with wire on a cage ... but DON'T get a cage with wire on the BOTTOM.

  • actually robos live up to about 2 years or longer ... it depends on how well the owner takes care of them.

i agree with the fighting part. i'm not sure about the "fighting till death when they taste blood" part but yeah. separate robos when they start fighting

their "ancestors" hibernate ... but since they've been breed in captivity for so long they don't really hibernate anymore

  • i have a chinese hamster to.once he excaped out of his cage in my room and he knocked over my dresser and there was coffee on it.i didn't catch him until 3 hours.

  • Please, if your planning on getting a robo get 2. They become extremely depressed and live shorter is they dont have a cage mate. They are little spazzes, and nothings better than burning off the energy with a few fellow hamsters to play with!

  • shes so cute! i'm thinking about getting a robo...

  • she died a couple months ago :( but i know that those ones hurt their feet so i got another wheel before she died

  • is that a bath tub ur keeping ur hamster in?...

  • haha i kept it in a cage ... but i wanted to "be close to her" without her actually "running away" so the bathtub is the best place to do that xP

  • i have the exact same hamster with the exact same run wheel

  • cute little thing but she sure is fast!
