My map works, but I have some issues. When I open level settings, it doesn't show any teams (at 1:20) and when I want to make some object spawner around the flag it won't work (at 2:48). Can someone help me?

@TheGrievous777 for the question on "not showing teams", right click on "resources (default on the left)", press load resources, then click on "kits", press "load". do the same thing and press "soldiers".

@FrenkiSantana make sure you are using only objects in the mod you are making the map for. IE: dont use an "eu" weapon or kit for a standard battlefield map, as the eu weapons are part of the EF expansion pack,and not vanilla bf2.

I got this problem before when I tried to unzip all the bf2 zip archives in the bf2 mods directory. Some other tutorials tell you to do this to eliminate the red errors in the editor, but if you do so, you have no objects or teams that you can use in the editor. Just re-copy the bf2 mod folder and don't unzip

@boomkaE envmaps are commonly seen as window reflections and scope reflections of surrounding buildings.

The 1st envmap on any new map should be placed above water

if u donw this and ur level dont work than just make another and DONT MAKE BUILDINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAN U GET ERRORS or u need to fix them than they workand if u make a building and remove it DONT HELP

I can see the test map in game. it starts to load, but oads to about 10-20%, then crashes

Iv tried every map attempt on low, medium & high graphics settings but same result, + cant see a preview of the map ... is that normal???

@james525mccaffrey to play a custom map on BF2 make sure your video settings are on Medium, It worked for me.
