I am Norwegian but it gives me nothing to speak English, but language settings are set in Norwegian and it will not start. Do you have any tips?

This is really going to help me with my English 112 class. Now instead of having to type all of my papers, now all I have to do is speak the papert out loud. Hahaha all I have to do is copy the text from Word Pad to Microsoft word. This really helps, especialy if you're not certain what to type.
