  • on a blackberry if you get the password wrong 10 time it resets and restores the phone, what if an officer does that to my phone and i lose very important work information?

  • @RCASALE2 back up your data

  • I won't use a cel phone anymore.

  • @mwebb90... No.

  • also, newer phones can be "turned on" and used as a bug by the fbi. that is, the microphones and can be activated by the phone company thru a police order and then they just eavesdrop on the person whereever they go. or so i have been told and heard it on the news.

  • i heard about a truck driver in georgia who accidently sent some pornographic text message to a minor, and the minor told their parent, and that led to the police and back to the truck driver, who got arrested for distributing porno to a minor.

  • Does the government care about the 4th AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION????

  • LOLZ.JK

  • you don't have to give up passwords-thats protected by the 5th ammendment.

  • this is bullshit! it should be illegal for them to touch your cell. LOCK your damn cells w/a code. damn !!

  • That's why a lot of drug dealers get those cheap prepaid "old" model cell phones. Only one plug and that is to only charge it.

  • The United States is the only country I know that locks up more of its own people than any other country in the world. Why don't we try to repeal some laws?

  • @RocketmanRockyMatrix , because it a big business, the make dirt cheap money from it.

  • I always tell people who shit on Blackberries that the encryption in hands down the best reason to own one.

  • you can search my phone after you pry it out of my cold dead hands

  • *Throws C4*

    Yeah bitch!

  • this is bad, well come to zimbabwe and they will just simple take it .

  • oh wow russia today making america look bad. i like the part where the droopy fellow said a girl was arrested for eating a french fry. that was 11 years ago and she was held for 2 hours, and then ill be hearing you faggots bitching about fox news tomorrow.

  • @IncoherentCommenter

    Oh, she was held against her will for only 2 hours by threatening men with guns. And it happened 11 years ago, too. That makes it okay.

  • @EcstatiqueShock 400 million people in the US and that was the best they could do? an unjust detention 11 years ago?

  • Living in Crazyfornia... there's your problem..

  • WELL ITS TIME TO GO BACK TO THE 80'S NO Cell Phones

  • Bill passed,,,,,,,,,Brown is allowing warrantless searches...

  • Hm. Methinks someone should write a program that, when it's plugged into the cop's computers, somehow, an EMP is released, fucking up the entire police station's electrical system.

    If only. Hell, this comment could land me in jail. Whatever.

  • Considering a phone is personal property and contains personal information I do not see how it can be searched without a warrant. I foresee this going before the US Supreme Court and being shot down as unconstitutional.

  • @IzzyJG99 Unfortunately, you cannot rely on the Supreme Court for protection of your Constitutional Rights. The Court ruled in favor of illegal Sobriety Checkpoints where police can detain you, question you, and search without ANY probable cause after cattle-herding you into their trap . The Supreme Court's ruling is that this activity is only a "minor" infringement of your civil rights! It will be up to the people to take our country back. -88

  • @ onepoundpull Hat tip to you man! Thanks for all you have done and continue to do!

  • Home of the Not So Free. :(

  • sad day to be American

  • This my brothers is against the (Forth Amendment).

    our founding fathers would be ashamed!

    ~~~~~RISE AGAINST THE NEW WORLD ORDER~~~~~~~
  • Did he honestly say that you can get arrested for parking tickets ? What state would that be ? Not CA for sure they will only hold your reg at the DMV or collect from your tax ref etc.
  • This one's going to the Supreme Court big time
  • So fucking what......this is a no brainer...get rid of that fucking cell phone! You don't need it. Jeezus people...the fucking cops will do anything they want and you can't or won't do a damn thing about it. Go ahead and put your whole damn life on that stupid phone...but don't bitch when it gets taken.....fucking idiots and your gawd damned cell phones
  • @onepoundpull While I agree that most people spend way too much time on their phone, I'm troubled that you're more concern about that than the rights of Americans.
  • @gsvkck If you people are so concerned about your rights, why haven't you done anything about all the rights you have lost to gov't regulations for the last 50 years? You know why? Because you are lazy, spoiled and self absorbed, and believe the gov't doesn't lie to you. it's called the dumbing down and pussification of America and you are a part of it, like it or not! Prove me wrong and get rid of your cell phone...I did!
  • @onepoundpull Well you haven't done anything to stand up for your rights neither. Getting rid of your cell phone is basically the same as giving up.
  • @gsvkck You have no idea the amount of letters I've written to my Senators and Congressmen and representatives concerning legislation regarding the loss of our rights....I served my country for 2 tours overseas fighting for the same rights you take so nonchalantly, I am an active participant in many legal organizations working on the same causes...so your comment holds no merit. next time, think before you open your uninformed mouth.
  • @onepoundpull Calm down, I meant no disrespect. We're both concerned about losing our rights.
  • @gsvkck sorry...it's a sore subject with me and it gets under my skin the amount of apathy in this country...and it usually starts with some small virtually unnoticed legislation that includes another loss of another right that the gov't passes off as "for our protection and safety". Which is usually another phrase for our "control". What's happening in this country is disgusting at the very least.
  • @onepoundpull I agree, this is an absolute travesty. This country is so ass backwards in regulation. We constantly look to limit the individual and see how we can turn this into a nanny state while letting corporations get away with murder and look at ways to give them the power to screw normal people even better than they could before.
  • Ya....the cops stop you and see you trying to hide your cellphone real quick before he reaches the door............thatt sounds like that would work out well .....
  • ohhhhhhhh so THAT'S why they were invented.
  • The info in this RT news segment is *slightly* out of date. iPhones, with iOS 4.3x+ (or so) *do* have encryption of user data. It's called 'data protection' and is keyed to your password (so 4-digit 'Simple Passcode' isn't too strong, but you can make longer ones).
    Also, the iPhone has the '10 attempt & wipe' system, so even if the cops get your phone, 10 tries and it wipes itself. So folks with iPhones: Go to General Preferences > Passcode Lock and turn this on NOW. Also back up your iPhone!
  • Just encrypt the damn thing already.
  • Search youtube for detracktor for a solution to cell phone spying, eavesdropping, stalking and tracking.
  • NWO
    POLICE STATE
  • @QCBEC NWO is 60 year old. Wake up idiot. You beneficed from it since you was born, it is because of it that you are healthy, educated and able to use computer.
  • @newtubetubetube Oh i have shit to say against Nwo else then that if it fall in the bad hand.
    we're all fucked.
    Its the total power of the eath to 1 group of people
    And extremly rare are the man that resist to the corruption with that much of power
    And if you still have shit to say well maybe you're the one that should rethink of the past and learn from the mistake of our ancestor
    NWO is what hitler wanted exept he did it from another path but at the end in the bad hand its the same result.
  • @newtubetubetube I didnt beneficed shit from NWO
    If these NWO leader are any smart and actualy work for the good of there cause that mean they must already be working on reducing the world population
    Wait up ...polystrobate 80, Tatrazine ever heard of that?
    these are 2 of the countless product that cause infertility and cancer that they put in which kind of food the most?
    Cheap food brand like great value.
    Now if you have any logic? thats not fox new brainwashing.
    You should be linking stuff.
  • @QCBEC LOL. Your comments make no sense at all. You are babbling on thing you do not understand and jump from random subject in random order. Please. Slack the drugs. It clearly affect your mental capability.
  • @newtubetubetube and now blame it on drug...and psyco shit
    What i named to you were all fact..
    and i expected you to be smart enough to make link
    Do you expect the gouvernement to link them for you and tell you they are fucking with you?
    And by the way if you count insulting my inteligence on my english
    I am not english and ive learned english by my own playing online game when i was younger.
    Tell me what im babbling on that i dont understand please.
  • @QCBEC inb4 QCBEC and @newtubetubetube speak the same first language!!
  • @bleepingman no shet?
    Really? or am i a spy.
    Like from tf2.
  • I'm really starting to lose my respect for the police.
  • Just make it a habit to lock your phone when you get pulled over. Lock it and act like you dont know the code.
  • they can scan it without you knowing it wirelessly to and they are in some states during traffic stops
  • With their "Universal Forensic Extraction Device", they don't need to even need to touch the mobile to have all of its data...
  • well, looks like i wont be visiting USA
  • fuck the police
  • NOPE.
  • IS THIS NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY? Does such a thing even exist...private property?
  • IN CALIFORNIA NOW.
  • Forget password, I need a virus in my phone that will reformat their hard drive when they try to download it.
  • @PrinceMio49 Their's an app for that...
  • Comment removed
  • @PrinceMio49 We need to get someone on that.
  • Considering I haven't used a cell phone in several years I feel bad for all the sheeple who are addicted to their fancy iPhones and all that other crap.Throw the damn things away ! If your not a business person you can live without a damn cell phone.Toss it !! Just say no to cell phones !
  • It's the eye of Sauron. 0:13 - 0:43
  • How about the fact that they can take any information about you and store it in files, so that they or some corrupt person can access it later and use it against you. Ya, know in big city I live in, the Italians went and got jobs, some at the bank, some as cops, others working for various agencies of the city. And guess what. If they dont like someone, they can look up anything they want on it cause they government is spying on you. Thats why your ancestors made it a crime to spy on your own ppl
  • then cellphones will come with some kind of password or encryption cause thats what people will want and need. they should have that anyway. cellphones have important information. or you could just smash the fucker when they pull you over.
  • If a officer ever asks for my phone im smashing it
  • Comment removed
  • lol the iphone sucks at being encrypted
  • Make sure you have a photo of a Pig in your phone.
  • Lets see, this libtard is complaining about too many laws and yet the libtards WANT bigger gov't? Bigger gov't , by definition , means more laws.
  • @itisYOUREnotYOUR So called "libturds" were against the patriot acts and spying without warrant. Neocons and false conservatives were for it. What does that tell you?
  • @itisYOUREnotYOUR Which libertarians want bigger government? Libertarianism is by definition the antithesis of big government. Generally speaking, it's best to actually know something about what you're talking about before saying anything.
  • you mean my portable porn could be used against me now? god damned police!
  • great video
  • This needs to go ALL the way to the top Supreme Court. I can't believe this ruling. Sickning
  • I like this guy, does he have a youtube channel or something of that sort?
  • funny thing about this, all the sheep have iphones now and I will be anyone $100 there is a back door apple put on them so even protecting your iphone won't help.
  • reason I use a 5 year old mobile phone and rarely use it at that, mobile phones are not a must.
  • I will never get a cellphone
  • So if this is the case what keeps them from coming thru the back door of your device even if your not under arrest.
  • I'll keep this in mind when I get a cellphone, so I don't get party vaned
  • i added to favorites and my computer started lagging bad :o
  • WOW he pop's at 2:52
  • So in other words, there's money to be made in a cell phone data encryption app.
  • That's why you should always deleted all your incoming & outgoing calls after your done along your text msgs. & any pics you don't want anybody to see.also is the smart thing to have your cell protected by a password.
  • hahahahahahahhaahahaha!!!! duh, you have no rights only privilege! they can be taken away at anytime. jump through hoops for the latest toy only to give police access to your lives! americia truly is the greatest place on earth
  • Our civil liberties are slowly eroding away in our post 9/11 world. Like a frog in a boiling pot, we simply don't raise concerns when the heat is applied slowly, gradually over time. I do not encourage illegal activity, but at the very same time, I believe in respect for privacy. It's a fact of life now that everything we do is being monitored one way or another. By making a comment on this video I've diminished my privacy somewhat. Do no harm to people, animals or mother nature.
  • They cannot force you! Don't give it!
  • @plalelal The pass word I mean, don't give it to them!i
  • My god! This is hilarious - Alyona and her guests are so compelling and inspiring! XD
  • How to revoke the law ?
  • A.C.A.B all cops are bastards
  • this is clearly contrary to the 4th amendment. i can't imagine how the Court could consider this Constitutional.
  • Alyona is once again inflammatory... :P
  • THE "CONSPIRACY THEORIST" HAVE WARNED YOU PEOPLE OF A POLICE STATE, YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE IT THEN,....
    DO YOU BELIEVE NOW???? THERE IS NO CONSPIRACY THIS IS REAL...
    HERE COMES THE NEW WORLD ORDER... BUT FUCK THAT !!!!
  • I respect him! =)
  • scary
  • RResist the pigs (the police)!
  • Realize that if you ALL refuse to hand your phone to them, ridiculous 'laws' like this will not work. Be sure to protest this, because next it will simply be your PC or netbook or laptop at home.
  • @Meowbay not good advice. you will always be out numbered that way, you against 5 0r 6 thugs!
  • @plalelal Not if everybody refuses at all times. And so what if you're outnumbered, you just refuse to give it to them. Worst that can happen is they take you in or beat you. But again: If you stand strong and ALL refuse, they will have a shortage of courts soon enough and the people will win that battle in to time. You're really all way too easy to mess with and way too obedient.
  • wasn't there some homemade porn that was circulated amongst police officers & and that's ok? do they need probable cause search a person to take the phone in the first place(not that they couldn't just make something up).
  • they can but that doesnt mean they would. but im definately going to be putting a password on my phone now
  • Why is this on low priority servers? (it's really slow here, compared to other videos)
  • Firstly, cops already have the legal right to search your car if you are arrested. This was established in Carroll v. United States.
  • stomp your phone, problem solved.
  • well, looks like i wont be visiting california
  • @falconfira Lucky for you to say, I live in this shit hole.
  • Searching people's phones without a warrant is a total invasion of privacy;
    And Over-Criminalization is exactly what is wrong with this country
  • @djsuperstar717 - it's a mistake to think that a cough is what's wrong with your body. The pneumonia virus is what's wrong - the cough is just a symptom of what's wrong. Over-criminalization isn't what's wrong - it's a symptom of a general mentality that is willing to trade freedom for imagined security. Fear sells, and when we respond to fearful consequences presented by political parties and media, we vote for the first moron who claims to have a solution to our fears.
  • @djsuperstar717 prisons are BIG business in America!!!!!!
