Funny, I almost applied for a job cleaning at the zoo, despite the fear of being squashed by an elephant. Now I fear I could have faced an equally horrific fate.
Well I should mention about the story of the Srilankan Elephant what mulholland has written. I know very well about Srilankan elephants too. I have visited the "PINNAWELA" Elephant orphanage and learned a lot about those elephants. Do you have any idea that how many innocent/orphaned baby elephants are being taken care of by that Pinnawela sanctuary? A LOT. Why? Because those babie's mothers are being KILLED or MURDERED by people. Need to solve the problem? LEAVE THEM ALONE IN THEIR HABITAT.

These marvolous creatures are being ABUSED and BATTERED heavily and unctrollebly by the PEOPLE... and there is a limit to everything. When finally the Elephant gets fed up and had it enough...in return they act violently and will get the stupid men who harmed them too. SO ANYONE IS SURPRISED ABOUT THIS????

Whoever uploaded this video it gives the wrong message to people. Those who kill elephants for ivory aren't filmed here. They don't produce videos of their merciless activity. On the other hand these victims of elephant attacks have nothing to do with ivory traders. If the message is to say that elephants are angry and taking revenge, the question is how intelligent the elephants are . It's simple they just attack. That's their behavior.

just a little information on the part that starts at 2.40..this happened in a rural village in my country sri lanka and what apparently happened was an elephant and its baby elephant fell into a well and these people running tried to save them.the mother elephant got out of the well somehow and stated charging at the man who its chasing.it attacked the man and he died with severe injuries...so haters please do not post elephant loving comments such as "go elephants kill them".RIP
@mulholland1985 After the multitude of infanticides committed by humans on elephants, I wouldn't be surprised if a mother had negative a perspective of humans. Elephants, unlike many other animals, actually learn information from mothers, and don't inherit the same instincts that other animals do.

As a (sad)deer hunter I predict in about 300 to 500 years all herbivores over 150 pound will be killed off......and all predators over 50 pounds will be gone too.

I just roamed with some wild Elephants in Sri Lanka, and aftr seeing this, I realise how lucky I was to survive as they started to get a bit agitated towards the end. I was only 10 metres from some of them..
In regards to making this video, although it is good that people are aware of what elephants can do in the wild, it is also tasteless because people are dying in this video. Should be deleted....
It's wrong what you say about the video clips of the elephants. Many people have been injured and some killed in the clips you collected, you can look most of them up on YouTube. It's pretty tastless to make a music clip of it.
