European vehicles in particular countries have the ability to raise and lower the headlights angle. For instance, if you are towing something heavy, your headlights will point upwards, and with this button you can aim them lower. I had to replace them on my A3 the other year. Jeep Diesel is coming to the States! I saw an article today!

Now I wish Chrysler would put the 2.8 CRDi in the new Wranglers. Thanks to the EPA here in the States, who knows if it'll ever happen,
