  • thumbs up if you're listening to this as a liberal.

  • This IS NOT the FAKE version. It's the alternative version you get from the Stems and Seeds disc for Way to Normal. Get it right!

  • Everyone, this song is called Bitch Went NutZ. The other song is called Bitch Went NutS. They're completely different songs.

  • I like the other version better...

  • It's funny you say people are angry and that it's "Fake" cuz this is the primary "bitch went nuts" in my mind--it's much funnier

  • Performed this live in Athens, OH tonight. Found it very entertaining.

  • @spam187187 It was very funny.

  • This isn't a fake song... Ben Folds sang it and named it Bitch Went Nuts. It's an alternative version to the Album version.

  • @redrum420yeaman They wrote another "version" of Way to Normal with the same titles, but with terrible songs, so if the songs got leaked, people wouldn't actually hear the real CD.

  • @redrum420yeaman This is still a real song though, pretty good too. And it's by Ben Folds.

So it's not a fake song in the slightest.

  • this is a fake song

  • bigots has an o in it.

  • it's not fake if it's on the damn album. Ben made it real

  • @famoussherbondy I think he means fake because this was an early demo version Ben recorded. The one on the album contains different lyrics and music.

  • @VanillaBear86 it comes on the bonus track edition. it's real. I know that it was a demo, but the shit's goooood.

  • lovin' the ambient gap from 3:51 to 5:51

that's two minutes of pure genious.

  • There's no such thing as a "fake" song.

Just cause it's fucking hilarious doesn't make it fake o.0

  • lol enjoyed it

  • I really like this version. It's awesome.

  • He opened with this version in Omaha....it rocked! I love you Ben!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • stoked, thanks for the intro

  • He did this at a show, it was fucking awesome. XD

  • I guess this is his dreaded political song. Kind of like "Learn to Live With What You Are" was his dreaded advice song.

  • like the one from way to normal better

  • Hate to nit-pick, but it's spelled "Bigots"

sorry to bother you, but it bothered me.

  • @WilWithOneL117 i wasn't really reading lyrics but that stood out and it made me sooooo annoyed lol!

  • this is way better that the "REAL" version...

  • God damn it he's awesome. I hate political music that slanders either side, but he definitely makes fun of both sides in a very respectful balance, still a little "come on man....political shit?" to me personally (don't flip a shit), but very kickass nonetheless.

  • Dunechard, just so you know ben released a bunch of songs prior to the release of the album and leaked them on the internet. The only problem was they were not the songs that were going to be on the album, they were fakes.

  • Another instance where the 'fake' turns out to be just as good, if not better, than the legit stuff.

  • Fake song??? Sounded pretty real to me...

  • Sounds like Ben Folds so it might just be a song that didn't make it to the album. The album version is catchier, you have to admit. Hehe

  • He explained this at the concert I attended as "the background for this is a conservative guy makes the mistake of taking his liberal girlfriend to one of his work parties and she does crack for the first time." Whatever the background or political stance or whatever, it's hilarious.

  • this isn't his view at all. they wrote all the fake songs in a day, and this one was as if it were a strung out republican's party

  • Reminded me of that Harry Enfield sketch...'Women! Know Your Limits!'

  • When he performed this in concert I was like WTF??? it was so funny!

  • They should have let this song be the real one...its really funny and better then the "actual" version.

  • hahaha. sing it Ben!! ahahaha

  • I think he's republican, but I'm no expert so I don't know. Most Musicians are Liberal so Idk.

  • I'd assume, from this song, he is a libertarian - a ' think what you want to think, but don't tell me what to think,' sort of thing.

  • insane live

  • I seriously have no idea why but whenever I hear this song, I feel like listening to alot of Regina Spektor songs straight after.

I feel like something has happened at some point in my life to link Regina Spektor and this song together lol Maybe a dream or something.

  • The duet on the way to normal album?

  • ugh exactly lol

i couldn't put my finger on it.

  • She`s great, gonna see her in a month

  • I heard it live, ha! suckonthat

  • so did i. FAIL

  • ive only listened to the beginning but this song reminds me of "JET- Are You Gunna Be My Girl"

but still i like both songs lol

  • i like this one, it's funnier :P and the beats more catchy.

  • this is one his best songs

  • it's a fake

  • whats a fake?

  • its not live version

  • i love how folds' songs often tell a story, and when they do it's one you want to hear.

  • omg it's not the real song lol!!!

  • Lol, when he played this at the concert I went to he kept messing up the words and stopping. It was quite funny and led to him telling us some good stories from previous shows. He's a great live show!

  • I like storys.

  • he played this stems and seeds version at the show, it blew my socks off!

  • I can't tell if this song is preaching right or left......... :D

  • Me too. it's so much funnier, and better.

  • I like this a lot more than the actual song..

  • This version, def. better than the one on the CD lyrically -

  • lyrically maybe but definately not musically it has kinda a jazzy beat but it dont compare album

  • Eat it - Love the 'Liberal' line...

  • 9 pm to 12 pm is three hours

who has a party for fifteen

i think you should re-think who is the idiot

  • wow you and Ben Folds have something in common. 9pm to 12pm is 15 hours, 9am to 12pm is 3 hours. consult a clock

  • 9pm to 12 AM (AKA Midnight) is 3 hours.

9pm to 12 PM (AKA Noon) is 15 hours.

BUT he doesn't specify 9PM or AM. Think about it, get your facts straight.

  • I loled @ this whole conversation

  • @gojo345 I completely agree.

  • Dude, the song's a fucking joke - shut up!

  • @MonzLithium Or maybe its three... hence the PM...

  • @MonzLithium Dude... this is just a CRAZY office party that was rocking until noon (the responsible people dropped amphetamines around sun-up... then some n00bz started snorting coke and shit got crazy). And, i mean-- we've all been there before-- amirite?

  • I love this song, fake, real, or...I don't know, something else. It rocks.

  • Comment removed

  • weak.

  • In what way is this "fake?" It is written by Ben Folds, he sings it and it really is a song.

Call it an alternate, or a joke take or whatever you want, but "fake" it ain't.

  • i agree, i dont see how its fake, just like a werid al kinda sing, a song cant be fake. unless its like a phony video and ends up being rick roll, then its fake.

  • yeah its fake because its a fake cd. its not the real the bitch went nuts. they uploaded the fake cd 2 weeks before they got their real cd on the market. these songs on the fake cd were not them from the real cd!

  • It's better than the "real" one!

  • me too!

  • this song is awesome! its just as good as the real one. Ben Folds is a genius.

  • this is the best song, since it's true, been there too ben haha

  • this is way better than the studio version. thos chords when he says, "Oh no. Oh no no no" are awesome" and the fills he makes.

  • the drum beat reminds me of the old donkey kong, like for the super nintendo.

  • i think theyre both amazing and we dont need to pick

  • Now, the production value isn't as high on this song (obviously), but I think I like the sound of this tune better than the album cut.

  • You can get this song and others if you buy the box set of this album.

  • Saw him do this tune in Houston also. Evidently he made fake versions of all the songs on Way to Normal; which is a killer album by the way. Not inferior to Ben's previous stuff at all.

  • He let out two albums! This is not the real one but he said he likes it. Just saw this song live in KC! FUNNY amazing songs.

  • huh?? this is a fake song!

    =[

  • I love this - "Not as Jane Fukcing Fonda Jr. as my date." Classic Folds.

  • bigits....LOL

  • i was just at the concert in detroit OH yesterday.(october 9 2008) he played this. it was so funy!

  • Anyone tell me where to get the FAKE album?

  • the pirate bay

  • It's funny. No matter what, nothing is fake. If he played it, and you are listening to it, it's real. His fake stuff is better than most bands "real" stuff. Go Ben!

  • torrents

  • WOW this is better than the real version

  • Yeah, and I downloaded both albums... the other one has a really funny intro though

  • holy shit this is sweet...I love this even though its fake

  • I actually like the fake version better than the real one. A lot

  • im still laughing at the jimmy carter reference

  • I just saw Ben Folds last night and he was like "you know that song I played earlier...well this is the real version". haha.

  • This fake version is so much better then the real version.

    What is Ben on??

  • Well, the fake version is funnier. I think the real one is better, though.

  • this is hillarious

    the fake songs rule !!

  • yep fake but hilarious! haha

  • I love this version....I hope it's released in some proper form....total high concept comedy with retarded lyrics

  • at first it was fake but ben liked it so much that he added it to the real new cd.. look anywhere. its gonna be on it. he even does shows with it.

  • Nice!

  • LMFAO...Too good!!!

  • So, she's single now right..........can I have her number? Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

  • yeah, again, its a fake, he leaked 6 fake songs as a joke

  • wow this is really his song.. i have seen him play it. and the songs leaked were leaked by him as a joke they are real. this songs on his official myspace.

  • obviously ts really his song but its not the song that will be on the album

  • Im pretty sure this is the actual song that will be on the album.

  • I was wrong!

"That's one of my favorite songs I've written, lyrically and everything. This is what the fake lyrics allowed me to do — completely write earnestly from the point of view of a Republican ex-fratboy guy who's trying to make it at his law firm and is horrified 'cause his girlfriend has left, liberal views and it's fun."

    - Ben Folds

  • lol i saw that...ben folds is great...spent all that time and money on a fake album...he could release the fake tracks as another cd

  • I don't know what song this is, but it isn't "The Bitch Went Nuts"
