Tompkins, 304 U.S. 64 (1938), creating a duality of citizenship were you give up your constitutional rights by being a national citizen read the 14th amendment very carefully it talks about two citizenship

While the flow chart is neat, it doesn't address that the Cause of Action must be related to the in-state activity unless the defendant has systematic and continuous activity within the forum state.

This stuf doesn't work in the courts because once you walk into the court doors you have accepted their jurisdiction over you and you have acknowledged there law by adhering to the notice to appear summons, not only that but you are claiming to be the" Person" (corporation) who has no rights that the law is to respect, and thats why when the person starts to speak the judge ignores them, and proceeds as if their not there, because as a real human being with Rights their not present

@maxluxur01 When your case is called stand up and say "I am here on that number" and the judge will ask are you so and so? Then say I am administrator to that account. They will want you to go and stand at the dock. Then say "I accept your offer on the conditions that I retain all of my common law rights and god given rights" see if he accepts your counter offer, if so then you have not waived your rights away like a fool. Cumon people wake up. Contract law needs consent, easy as pie.

Doesnt rule 12(h)(1) say that you waive your right to contest personal jurisdiction by filing any motion or responsive pleading that does not address personal jursidiction?

@maxluxur01 1st when they ask your name say "My father told me that my name is...." BAM! Hearsay, no certification. If they ask you birth date Say "My mother told me it was...." BAMMM!!! Hearsay, No Certification..." "Never Pull out you driver's license if you didn't change your signature to "without prejudice" either. etc. And if they refuse your the "administrator" pass them your "Certificate of Birth" and anounce that the court is now in custody of the person "then state the name"
