I will treasure this interview, thank you for sharing this with the world. I too read Russell Means' Auto biography “Where White Men Fear To Tread” and by far, one of the best autobiography’s I’ve read. Keep this in mind while you ponder what Mr. Means says, the U.S. is a legal fiction built on a Roman Catholic doctrine of conquest…Mr. Means has forged a life that has countered the discursive attempts by the U.S. to conquer his people...I have learned much through his struggles.

He had so much to say as this was his entire recap of his life, I tried not to ask questions that were so specific that he couldn't go in to the most important things to himself. He has such precious little time left, he needed to say what HE thought was important, instead of having it over focused in a way that would have resulted in his having to let important issues go by--as usually happens in more traditional interviews we do with other celebrities.

Question is too far reaching. Ask a more focused question so that the person being interviewed can address a manageable issue.
