Channeling spirits to figure out what happened might be helpful for Mia, but channeling won't help you prove your case in court unless the court accepts it as testimony. Kurain's reputation was pretty bad in between DL-6 and case 3-5.

This song sets exactly the right mood for a cross-examination. I can practically hear the HOLD IT!, followed by Wright's irrelevant question, followed by the prosecution's OBJECTION!, putting you right back to square one as Phoenix thinks to himself that there must be some clue in that testimony... but where?

This theme was especially touching in 3-4, when you're cross-examining the defendant, because you know what's going to happen next.

Mia was SO CLOSE to nailing Dahlia Hawthorne. What happened to Fawles was just plain sad.

I know. 2-4 was touching, but not nearly as much as 3-4. 3-5 was too, but it was just too damn convoluted to really inspire any other feeling than "what the hell just happened?". I guess 5-5 might have been touching in a sense, that sense being simultaneous "OH GOD THIS IS AWESOME" and "GET ON WITH IT ALREADY". NOTHING, NO OTHER CASE has ever actually had me on the verge of tears. 3-4 has to be one of my favorite cases of all time, and I don't even really like flashback cases.

I don't agree fully. Yeah the killers were pretty obvious that's true, but so were the killers in most of the PW cases. Phoenix becoming a hobo, yeah sucks. But it was necessary in order to have the storyline in AJ, which I liked. I would like a intelligent and lawyer Phoenix better, but he wasn't so I just played with the unemployed... He was still badass, and more serious and clever than before.

What AJ had.. was a line through all the cases. And that was cool.

What you essentially said was that Capcom would leave the dispute up to you, but unless they were to have both DAs investigating together (which would ruin the entire point of giving you a choice) that would require totally different scripts depending on who you chose.
