ummm .. Au contraire - WASP DID have keyboards on their CRIMSON IDOL album (see liner notes!). I was hired for the Crimson Idol Tour in 1992 which included a Euopean Monsters of Rock opening up for Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath & a North American tour. Ken Hensley of Uriah Heep played on the record and I was hired by Blackie himself (w/ no audition) after Stet Howland, who I played w/in Impellitterri referred me to the gig. See Karrang magazine issue 415 (10/24/92) - page 48.
