Well, he's drinking in the video, so if he's not drunk, he's probablly still working on it. Never saw someone who was officiating at a wedding drinking while performing the ceremony before. Abou accents, I'm Canadian. Nobody ever hears their own accents, and other accents always sound strange to someone who isn't used to them. My parents were european, and I never noticed their accent until I grew up and moved away.

@MelodiesfromHeaven He didn't seem drunk to me. This video is just propaganda to put down the South. Everyone has accents, depending on where they're from. There's a difference in having a Southern accent and being drunk. I have a Southern accent, but I've never touched a drop of alcohol in my life (and I'm 21!)

A New England or Chicago accent sounds weirder and something to be more ashamed of than a Southern accent. Those people in those Northern areas just sound stupid.
