I've had the same problem multiple times as well. Don't worry, just restart the ps3 and it should be okay. I don't know what the cause of the problem is, but restarting will work like 9.5/10 percent of the time. If it doesn't work then just restart again.

@YamoondoTheGamer you have to go to redeem in account managment, and then you have to enter the vip code, then it will take you to the downloads page, and it will give you the download for full battlefield 1943, but you have to download the demo, which it will also give you, it will also download onslaught mode for you.

@halfilipacman92 Erm i don't really know if you get the maps with normal edition, I just bought the ultimate edition today for 22.99 GBP and i got the VIP code which unlocks all the new maps and other unlocks. Also i got a code for BATTLEFIELD 1943 and onslaught mode. So its my opinion to get the ULTIMATE purely because you get more for your money.

look at the launch trailer, every time it says "includes" that means you get what you paid for.

its simple, you put the disk in the concole and for xbox you have to download 3 things

for ps3 its just two.

the BF1943 is free to download and comes with the ultimate edition.
