Humans....humans never change-stuff like Nazis come without any problem,and they act in whatever way they can has they use the weak and tired minds of the simple ones to gain their dominance-eventually it's the fault of the masses to give up so easily to the voice of really bad guys.

Facinating Documentary! Today's society and its troubles are what was born of this. This may hit some the wrong way, but the masses are stupid. That's kind of harsh but there are too many signs and too many exit routes from this type of thinking. We have become lazy, needy and whinny, then we wonder why we are controlled.
Roosevelt intentionally allowed the Japanese to strike Pearl Harbor. He/they knew the Japanese were coming. It was intentional. This event can be analyzed as ritual. Using Freud's understanding such events become perceived as mass ritual human sacrifice. And that's what these monsters do.

This explains why Nazi Fascism was initially so successful and appealing to the German public. We want to think they were all brainwashed and crazy, but actually they were just manipulated through propaganda and social control.
And the propaganda hasn't gone away, it's only morphed into something else. Chilling thought.

What I could have said was that the closing of German society during the '20s, '30s and '40s was not totally unique, despite the Nazi trappings: this is a pattern of societal opening and closing that has happened at various periods in human history. The question is: are we really able to stop this pattern from reoccurring, or is it an inevitable fact of human life?
@datalal624 I believe we are able to stop this pattern but I don't believe we are willing. Or at least not enough people are willing or have the knowledge to understand.
