@sweetypie000 Actually, The Slammer is one of only 3 operating sky swats in the world, with 1 other in the US and another out of operation. Therefore, a ride like this is pretty unique to the UK. Also, Colossus has the most inversions, SAW is the steepest freefall, Stealth, in speed relation, has faster acceleration than any US Coaster, and detonator is one of only a few to physically thrust the riders down instead of freefall. So no, the British Public have much to their name, thanks.

@programmingismylife you will not get on everyride in a day due to the outrageous wait times. Look at queing at least 60-90 minutes (that's if the ride is even working that day - today Samurai was not working)

You 'may' have more chance with the additional ULTIMATE FASTRACK ticket added to your £40 on the door / £30 online. All in all you need lots of time and at LEAST £90+ online or over £110+ at the door

Imo it's really not worth it at all. Save and goto Disneyland Paris or ideally Orlando

I saw a concept video for this 'sky swat' style ride before one was built in the USA so when it came to Thorpe Park I was impressed.

This is really brutal though. I sat on the back row so it feels really high and the harness isn't exactly comfortable. It is surprisingly scary and feels nice to get off. It is unique at least.

I've never been so scared in my life! and I agree with the guys who say that it hurts your shoulders, because it did really hurt, could be because I was gripping it very tightly but yeah.
