it's obvous that he's actually swallowing these things, he's been doing it forever! and he's still doing it today!!! how in the world is he going to HIDE a pool ball somewhere in his mouth. you guys are ignorant for denying that he's really swallowing those things!
Watch 3:39 when he is pouring the sugar onto the plate, he is grabbing something from a pocket with his left hand and then he puts it inside his mouth at 3:52. I believe he is swallowing most things but there are some obvious slight of hands going on in this and other videos.
i saw him live from 10 feet away..... those things are not in his mouth... because he mixes segments like swalling stuff, moving on like swallowing rings, then goes back and brings up stuff that he swallowed 10 mins before. If you saw his whole 1 hour show, you would believe it!... this is not a good representaqtion of his skills,,,,

The sugar thing isnt that much of a big deal....he has a 'pouch' inbetween his mouth and his stomach that he found out he could hide stuff in...and thats where everything goes when he does his thing - and it doest get wet.
So he simply puts the suger in there, and then drinks the water without letting it get inside the pouch.
Then he brings up the sugar like he does everything else...usually accompanied by a variety of strange noises lol

hes toruing ireland at the moment, so he shud be around europe. i just saw him today, he performed a show in my college. its brilliant! i probably wudnt pay to go see him though because theres not an awful lot he can do for more than 10 minutes.
I saw Stevie on the Letterman show years (10?) ago and he swallowed a scrambled Rubric cube, manipulated it in his stomach (?), then regurgitated it 'solved'!
There's a lot of debate about how--or it, he's genuine, but it's pretty entertaining to say the least!
