@mikeyg17368 Well, possible, but I think unlikely... most Kids dont wear braces, and after all, even background-extras are being cast. there would have been plenty of opportunity to get the nextbest kid-actor without braces.

If in fact the kid truely has braces, that is a deadly evidence for mindboggly stupidity on behalf of the filmmakers. And this Degree of Stoopititie I do not want to cast on anybody without proper proof/evidence.

@mikeyg17368 I dont think so. Even with braces you see some of the teeth white surface. In this scene you cant see any white at all. The Mouth is very noticably dark. And Teth painted black dont automatically turn dull. They still have smooth reflective Surfaces, and also they are moist.
