If you like top water bass fishing I suggest you get int fly fishing for bass, there is nothing like surface fly action, and with some god weedless flies you can work those lilypads and catch some better fish.

take 2 poles and rig it up with topwater and a sinko ...and throw your topwater and then next cast in the same spot throw your sinko you will cacth more fish.if they see the top water and dont hit it they will hit the sinko if ya got the right color

i caught a 6lb bass on a piece of corn from a can lol..and that same pond we use to catch the hell out of brim with bread..you can catch mullet from bread to..just use a brim hook and ball up a piece of bread just big enough to cover up the tip of the hook

ok i love topwater fishing. i just bough some horny toad frogs by zoom and caught my best bass ever(5 pounds) and 2 others that were better then my previous record.if you like topwater you are absalutley missing out if your not using frogs. good luck:)!

a red and white buzz bait the best way to top water is soon as it hit the water start reeling fast then go slow as u can but keep it on top then you'l kill'em let me know if it works for yay oh and fish in deep brush they are mostly snag proof anyway from the big part in front where u tie your line so good luck
