Majority of American Bullies are great protectors of personal property but when they are outside in nuetral territory they are the nicest dogs around. And they would suck at fighting since they would overheat and tire out quick.  They are just beautiful muscle dogs that are happiest as couch potatoes or floor mats. He sure is beautiful!

The APBT is not a muscular powerful dog with a big head. It is a taller, slender dog. Built like runners or swimmers, not body builders. They were to be a multi-purpose farm companion. I have seen them bite without provocation far more often than ANY other breed of dog. They start fights,are overly possesive and aggressive.And YOUR argument pointing out the differences in pits and similar dogs is moot- they are all aggressive,unpredictable wastes of canine DNA, and the world would be better without them.
