I always hated the Kra'hen, they're ugly, evil, and basically idiots.
Besides, you can kill them with Weapon jammer and Ship Manipulator easily. If you turn the manipulated ship weapons offline, they NEVER get back online again, so the battle was quickly over:)
It was the best weapon in game, farly the best, simply caused victory, but iberons and toulens also had that weapon, not only kra'hens. the only weapon could race with it if you used well tactics was the shinari's and cheblon's ship manipulator. loved the grahics of electric weapons like destroyer ray, and ion tower on tanks

To reduce the problem of ship Manipulators have a lot of fighters to show where the ships are hidden! Easy.

heh, yeah.. shipmanipulators and stealth... 2 or 3 cruisers could take down a infinite number of enemy battleships...
And besides, im pretty sure the last autofire type was more powerful in dmg/second than either death ray.
