For those of you wanting tabs, just follow the video for chord changes and fingering, etc. Don't capo and use the same chords as he's using. Get an easy tab version and add in the other notes to get the individual notes in between the chords (using this video or others). How will you know if you can play it? Simple...play a bar chord F and see how long it takes before one of the notes is muted. If it takes thirty seconds of strumming before there's buzzings or mutes, you're ready.
just to clarify things about the use of the capo on the second fret...Neil plays this without a capo...but the tuning is dropped one whole step...if you don't want to bother doing that then capo on the second fret

My music shows no such tuning down of a step. For that matter, tuning down a step is not corrected by going up the fretboard.

I used the tape from hyperrust. which Iconsider to be the definative tab site for Neil Young songs ..
They say the song is in dropped tuning...
